She is survived by: her husband Roy Wells; her sons, Jacob Wells (Christina) and Matthew Wells; her parents, Hazel Schwinof of Corbin and Alex DiPaolo of Pennsylvania; her siblings, Alex DiPaolo of Pennsylvania and Christina Leblanc of Corbin; and her father-in-law Herb Wells of Corbin.
