He is survived by: his children, Sandy Ann Kemp (Troy) of London, Sheila Michelle Hall (Elbert) of Gooserock and Tanya Lynn Prater (Tim) of Mayfield, Kentucky; his siblings, Gary Smith of Williamsburg, Kenneth Smith of Gooserock, Rosie Williams of Gooserock, Cecil Smith of Manchester, Kentucky. and Mary Lou Williams of Manchester, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Aalayah Spencer, TraSean Spencer, Leonard Hall, Baxter Hall, Shannon Roberts and Jacob Roberts.
