She is survived by: her children, Sammie Davis, Jr. (Amanda) of Corbin, Kentucky. and Shannin Jenkins (Ricky Wilburn) of Corbin, Kentucky.; her stepchildren, Sarah Davis of Williamsburg, Megan Davis of Williamsburg and Shana Lange of Pineville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Savanna Davis, Breeann Jenkins, Scotty Davis, Jaylynn Wilburn, Sawyer Davis and Kortlin Wilburn; her sibling's children, David Ross Goodin of Corbin and Christie Keltner (John) of London, Kentucky.; and her goddaughter Sue Adkins (Dan) of Corbin, Kentucky..
