She was predeceased by: her parents, King Smith and Elsie Grubb Smith; her husband Earl Phillips; her siblings, Edith Ledford (Ray), Ethel Smith, Baxter Smith (Glenna), Bazel Smith (Beulah), Ray Smith (Bernice), Water Smith (Mary) and Wesley Smith; and her brother-in-law Raymond Brown.
She is survived by: her former husband James Hutton; her children, Terri Anderson of Lexington, Randy Hutton (Linda) of East Bernstadt and Brian Hutton (Amanda) of Lugoff, SC; her grandchildren, Tryna Sergent, Shawn Anderson, Devon, Josh Hutton, Tim Likens, Brandon Elswick, Sarah Powell, Jared and Shane Crowder; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Emma Powell, Amula Bush, Spencer and Gracelyn Hutton; her sisters, Mona Duncil (Dewey) of California, Joyce Mills (Herschel) of Scalf, Verna Hammons of Corbin and Sue Brown of Barbourville; and her close friends, Sue Smith and Brenda Griffin.
