He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Christine Storms; his sister Kayla Poff; his grandparents, Vernon, Ruby Storms, Louella and Milford Allen; his uncles, Donnie Storms and James Hart; and his aunt Carolyn Davidson.
He is survived by: his father Gary Lee Storms; his stepmother Nikki Storms; his children, Rylee, Mattie, Khloe and Gracie; and his brothers, Christopher Storms (Jessica), Timothy James Storms and Jacob Poff. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
