He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Harrell; his wife Paula Bargo; and his brother-in-law James Creech. He is survived by: his mother Anna Wyrick Harrell of Corbin; his daughter Kaeleigh Hinkle (Ray) of Corbin; his sister Ramona Creech of Corbin; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Jackson of Corbin, Linda Partin of Barbourville, Patricia Swafford (Kelly) of Woollum, Malette Jordan (Patrick) of Barbourville, Larry Bargo of Callebs Creek, Gary Bargo (Vernie) of Barbourville and Ronald Bargo of Callebs Creek; and his grandchildren, Aubrey and Lucas Hinkle.
