He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Moore and Joetta Howard Moore; his daughter Savannah Moore of Corbin; and his sister Debbie Jo Moore of Washington State.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 21, 2021, at 1 p. m. at the O'Neil-Lawson Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton Officiating O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home will be following the guidelines the Governor's Office has set for COVID-19, for attendance (of 50% building capacity), Social Distancing, and proper Face Coverings to be worn at these services.
