He is survived by: his wife Charleen Hooker; his children, Roy Edward Hooker Jr., Jaqueline Youngblood of Corbin, KY and Brittany Pangle of Corbin, KY; his sister Charleen Long of Dalton, GA; and his grandchildren, Michael Youngblood, Aaron Stultz and Waylon McFarland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
