He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hatfield and Patsy Hatfield (Miracle); and his siblings, Bruce Hatfield, Terry Hatfield, Peggy Messer and Barbara Hatfield.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Glen Hatfield of London and Amanda Golden (Kalvin) of Corbin; his siblings, Dennis Hatfield (Joyce) of Corbin, Danny Hatfield (Roxanne) of Barbourville, Paul Hatfield of Barbourville, Roger Hatfield (Stephanie) of Barbourville, Marty Hatfield (Debbie) of Artemus, Mickey Hatfield (Lona) of Corbin, Phillip Hatfield (Linda) of Barbourville and Patricia Bates (Danny) of London; and his grandchildren, Kristian, Dominic, Grace Golden, Justin, Jade, Cody Hatfield, Katie Leger, Sarah Hensley, Brandon Brown, Ivie Barrow, Zachary and Johnathon Helton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
