She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulas Wininger and Mary Wininger; her husband Orville; her daughter Alicia Wininger; and her siblings, Joyce Slusher, Conrad Wininger and Daryl Wininger.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Tomlin and Melissa Neal (Stanley); her grandchildren, Jessalyn Conine (Lee), Taylor Hickman (Steven) and Braeden Lickliter; and her pet Jasper. She is also survived by several other relatives, numerous friends.
