She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Monhollen and Pauline Monhollen; and her son Jimmy Thacker. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Sim Thacker of Corbin, Kentucky; her children, Sim Thacker (Rebecca) of Stanford and Darya Logan (David) of Corbin, Kentucky; her grandsons, Patrick Thacker (Kirsten), David Logan, Jr. (Tiffany) and Tyler Thacker; and her siblings, Richard Monhollen and Nancy Storms of Corbin.
