With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Chadwick of Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Harold Thomas Chadwick; and his sister Fannie Ridener. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Baker Chadwick; his mother Viola Saylor Moore of Keavy, Kentucky.; and his sisters, Mary Martin (Fred) of Keavy, Sharon Brock (Danny) of Keavy and Rosanna Baker (Randall) of Gray, Kentucky..

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made the The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
