He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy G. Dizney and Elsie Sams Whitehead; and his grandson Ethan Buck-Hawn. He is survived by: his daughter Kari Smith (Dallen); his grandchildren, Mattie and Allie Smith of Corbin; his daughter Jennifer Hall; his grandchildren, Lillie Hall and Bayleigh Waddle (Taylor); his siblings, Anna Rains (Joe) of Corbin, Debbie Smith (Scott) of Richmond and Kyle Whitehead (Susan) of Union Ky; the mother of his children Linda Dizney; and also, Hagen of Williamsburg, Lane Hawn of Williamsburg, Cade of Williamsburg and Reece Hatcher of Williamsburg.
O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home will be following the guidelines the Governor's Office has set for COVID-19, for attendance (of 50% building capacity), Social Distancing, and proper Face Coverings to be worn at these services.
