He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Warren and Mary Belle Wyatt Warren; and his aunts and uncles, Ruth, Mae, Cora, George, Winston, John L., Ollie and Sol.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonyia Warren of Corbin; his sister Janet Miracle (Charles); his nephew Dennis Miracle (Lavonis) of Barbourville; and his close friend Larry Ramsey (Carol) of Barbourville.
