She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jack Dunn; her parents, Walter Hall and Emma Gaines Hall; her daughters, Denise Edwards, Brenda Engle (John) and Patricia Henderson (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Edwards, Ashley Engle, Jack Engle, Crystal Evans and Sarah Henderson. She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
