He is survived by: his mother Carol Francis Taylor Riggs; his children, Matthew Riggs of Lily, KY, Rachel Riggs of Lily, KY, Kayla Riggs (Cody) of Lily, KY, Mason Riggs of Corbin, KY and Emma Riggs of Corbin, KY; his siblings, Dale Riggs of Corbin, KY, Joyce Saylor (Jonathan) of Corbin, KY, Sherrie Overbay (Brandon) of Corbin, KY and Renae Noe (John) of London, KY; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Riggs, Gracie Riggs, Landon Riggs, Rosie Overbay, Tuffy Riggs, Billy James Detherage, Brianna Detherage, Maggie Riggs, Jaylen Smith, Brantley Smith, Levi Smith, Grayson Smith and Bella Riggs.
