He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Fulkerson and Lucille Craddock Fulkerson; and his sister Helen Jones. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold Fulkerson of Henderson, Carroll Fulkerson of Henderson and Jackie Fulkerson of Dixon, Kentucky; and his significant other Mildred Mackey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
