He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jean Works; his children, David Martin Jr. and Sandra Martin; his siblings, Jerry Wilson, Glenn Wilson and Sandra McConnel; and his siblings' children, Jack Ashcraft, Adam Ashcraft (Angelina), Jean Steffen and Elisabeth Ashcraft. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
