He is survived by : his daughter Sharon Lynn Sandefur; his siblings, Willard, Rondall Sandefur and Peggy Payton; his wife Wilma Mae Sandefur (Chinn); his sons, David Alan Sandefur and Darrell Anthony Sandefur (Leslie); and his grandchildren, Ciara Faith Sandefur (Justin Taylor Burton), Lydia Rose Sandefur, Dawn Alcyone Sandefur, Anna Peyton Sandefur, Cora Autumn Sandefur, Susan Coblin, Hallie Boyer, Isaiah Madden and Sada Kinslow.
