He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Manuel and Edith Manuel (Denney); and his siblings, Woodrow "Woody" Manuel, Jr., Mary Cathleen Manuel and Patricia Napier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
