He is survived by: his wife Diane Jones Middleton of Cranks; his children, Denny Ray Middleton, Jr. of Cranks and DeAnna Lynn Fields (James Mudd) of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Paul Middleton (Sheila) of Farmers Mill, KY, Wendell Middleton (Karen) of Smith, KY, Darrell Middleton (Mary Lynn) of Cawood, KY, Glen Middleton (Marie) of Morraine, OH, Lynda Kay Oda of Belle, WV., Orphia Haynes of Vandalia, OH. and Emma Anderkin (Bill) of Morraine, OH.; and his close friend George Ledford of Cawood, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
