He is survived by: his wife Maria Mintsoulis of Crescent Springs; his children, Keith O'Banion (Terri) of Milford and Jacki Harney of Union; and his brother James Laughlin of Edgewood. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
