She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Barnhill (Joanne) and Euline McIntyre (Jim) of Texas; her son Christopher Matthew Broyles; her nephew Robert Lance Barnhill, Jr.; and her brother Robert Lance Barnhill (Diana).

She is survived by: her husband Neil Owen Broyles; her daughter Katie Broyles Norris (Jason); her granddaughter Baylee; her sisters, Debi Phillips (Larry) and Shelley Barnhill; and her stepbrother Hank Houston (Debbie).

Belinda has requested no flowers but wishes any Memorials be made to the Home of the Innocents.
