He is survived by: his wife Patricia Davis; his son-in-law Darla Glazebrook; his son Jason Davis; his daughter-in-law Karen Davis; his grandchildren, Zach Glazebrook, Olivia Glazebrook and Sara Davis; his sister Fran Matthews; his brother-in-law Joe Matthews; his nephew Haley Matthews; Craig Glazebrook and Joey Matthews.
