It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Dilworth (Crestwood, Kentucky), who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Everett Polley, Helen Polley Preston and Joseph Polley. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Fentress (Jeffery), Doug Petitt (Lora) and Craig Petitt; her stepchildren, Sheila Eckoff, Sheryl Macke and Eric Stull; her grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Jack, Kate, Logan, Lucas and Sarah; her great grandchild Joanna; and her sibling's children, Pat, Jackie, Angie, Diane and Chuck.
Memorial donations can be made in Ruth's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or The Jimmy V Foundation.
