He is survived by: his wife Sandra Culver (Mulkins); his sons, Damon and Jason; his grandchildren, Andrea Culver and Lincoln Culver; and his sister Barbara Culver Summitt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and family in Bardstown, Ky, and friends.
