He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Futrell; his children, Thomas Looney of Crofton, KY, Earl Miller of Haddonfield, N. J., Patricia Overton of Crofton, KY and Sharon Gruber of Haddonfield, N. J.; and his siblings, David Futrell (Donna) of Tennessee, Thelma Futrell of Cadiz, KY, Linda Herndon (Howard) of Cadiz, KY and Rita Amsoden (Oren) of Cadiz, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
