He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hayes of Crofton, KY; his children, Dana Hayes of Kentucky, Eric Hayes of Christian County, KY, Zina Lewis of Princeton, KY, Carla Graves of Princeton, KY, Valerie Evans of Arizona and Shannon Nicholson of Hopkinsville, KY; and his siblings, James Hayes of Crofton, KY, Carlton "Bud" Hayes of Todd County, KY, Helen Hunt of Hopkinsville, KY, Sue Stebbins of New Hampshire and Joann Gentry of Florida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
