He was predeceased by: his father Roy Joe Cook; and his sister JoNell Hudson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Furgerson Cook; his children, Bobby Joe Cook (Tammy) of Crofton, KY, Martha Taylor (Michael) of Hopkinsville, KY, Jeannie Galloway Carter (Don) of Bossier City, LA and Kyna Knight (Carl) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his siblings, Jimmy Cook of Hopkinsville, KY, Mary Agnes Crick of Nortonville, KY and Marcie Audrey Birdsong (Everett) of Cadiz, KY. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; and his 17 great grandchildren.
