He is survived by: his mother Betty Taylor (Vandiver) of Crofton, KY; his wife Lisa McIntosh of Crofton, KY; his children, Jonathan Bullock of Nortonville, KY, Susan Marie Wicks (Mickey) of Dawson Springs, KY and Hannah Willy (Brandon) of Nortonville, KY; and his siblings, Terry Hunt of Henderson, KY, Sandy Kay Brown of Crofton, KY, Penny Thielen (Bill) of Crofton, KY and Sara McGar (Kenny) of Crofton, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
