He is survived by: his wife Arlyn Adinolfi of Crofton; his children, David Adinolfi, Jr. (Daniela) of Germany, Steven Adinolfi of St. Petersburg, FL., Alycia Poteralski (Paul) of Sarasota, FL. and Brittany Adinolfi of Venice, FL.; his siblings, Steven Adinolfi, Sr. (Vicki) of Ernul, Bill Burke (Carolyn) of Leesburg, FL, Pam Ezell of Hopkinsville, KY, Kathy Burke of Kenosha, Lori Burke of Fox Lake and Barbara Burke of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandchildren, David Adinolfi, III (Nadja), Mila Poteralski and Sasha Poteralski; and his great grandchild Emma Adinolfi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Crofton Baptist Church.
