She is survived by: her children, Sandra Duguid (Hugh) of Nashville, TN, Gary E. Durham of Crofton, KY and Richard Durham (Sandy) of Crofton, KY; her brother James R. Smith of Bedford, IN; her grandchildren, Kyle Durham, Ashley Durham (Reynol Sanchez Gutierrez), Kristen John (Dustin), Meredith Morris (Nick), Blair Lauer (Ryan), Tyler Durham (Whitney) and Leigh Ann Durham; and her great grandchildren, Preston Durham-Pryor, Blake Durham-Pryor, Sean Durham, Conner Durham, Isabel John, Liam John, Awyn Lauer, Lillian Lauer, Isaac Lauer, Sidney Lauer, Eli Durham and Gretchen Durham.
