She is survived by: her husband Dempsey Ezell of Crofton, KY; her children, Tracy Ezell (Kim) of Crofton, KY, Todd Ezell (Christie) of Crofton, KY, Carol Tabb (Eddie) of Hopkinsville, KY and Gayle Welker (Donnie) of Dover, TN; her siblings, Juby Adams (Lee) of Crofton, KY, Ronnie Adams of Murfreesboro, TN, Ray Adams (Kathy) of Crofton, KY, Carl Adams (Laura) of Hopkins Co, Jimmy Adams (Rose) of Hopkins Co, Faye Baxter (Charlie) of Bremen, KY, Joyce Vandiver (Tommy) of St. Charles and Rosie Camplin (Dwayne) of Nortonville, KY; and her grandchild Thirteen. She is also survived by Thirteen Great Grandchildren.
