He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lee Martin and Ethel White Martin; his wives, Marie Sproule Martin and JoAnn Davis Martin; and his brother Vancil "Buddy" Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Neal Martin (Tamara) of Hopkinsville, Pamela Lynn Martin of Crofton and Patti Dale Reynolds of Crofton; and his grandchildren, Alisha Cowherd Mattice (Andrew), Robert E. "Robbie" Cowherd, Shelby Martin Sharp (Justin) and Brock Freeman Martin.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to be made to Gordon Park in Crofton, KY.
