He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Otto Smithman, Sr. and Gloria Jean Fettig Smithman; his brother Warren Otto Smithman, Jr.; and his grandchild Crassa May Cline. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Marie Smithman; his children, Jonathon Robert Smithman of Crofton, KY and Jamie Cline (Robert) of Monticello, IN; his brother Edward Smithman (Jenelle) of Snake Valley, Australia; and his grandchildren, Royanna Cline of Robert Cline, III, Rebecca Cline, Jamie Lyn Cline, Jonathon Robert Smithman, Jr. and Lucas Edward Smithman.
