He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Burchfield and Marie D. Kirksey Burchfield. He is survived by: his wife Lorella J. Lewis Burchfield; his daughters, Robin Vandiver (R. D.) of St. Charles, KY, Sherri Carroll (Ray) of Mannington, KY, Amy Davis (Terrence) of Crofton, KY, Angel Carroll (Jeremy) of Mannington, KY, Kimberly Hayes (Michael) of Crofton, KY and Misty Thompson (Chad) of Burleson, TX; and his grandchildren, Jessica Osborne, Macy Vandiver, Mrs Alaysha Rodgers-Scott, Bethany Rodgers, Justan Carroll, Jordan Carroll, Nicholas Almon, Kourtney Johnson-Knight, Lauren Johnson, Baileigh Hartley, Andrea Cavanaugh, Whitney Barnett-Almy, Wade Carrell, Taylor Fry, Addison Hayes-McKnight, Tannor Schindler, Noah Schindler, Brazos Thompson and Hannah Thompson. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
