She is survived by: her children, James Clifton Cook (Gloria) of Crofton, KY, Debbie Cook Gary (Tommy) of Hopkinsville, KY, Terry Ross Cook of Trigg County, KY and Tonya Leigh Cook Blanton (Larry) of Hopkinsville, KY; her sister Esther Mae Eastwood of Florida; her grandchildren, Jason Cook (Sunday), Jaye Cook, Jody Cook, Mark Gary (Jen), Chris Gary (Dana), Leigh Ann Bowie (Bill), Ryan Wallace (Leigha), Rheagan Love (Dustin) and Leslie Anne Cook (Stephen Taylor); her great grandchildren, Riley Jo Jackson (Kendall), Landon Cook, Jordan Gary (Lauren), Paige Gary, Erin Gary, Caleb Gary, Connor Gary, Morgan Bowie, Matt Bowie, Anthony Bowie, Beck Love, Emerson Wallace and Asher Wallace; and her great great grandchildren, Corbin Gary and Amelia Jackson.
