She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley and Lola Pearl Jones Bradford; her husband Raymond Edward Williams; her daughter Jean Miller; and her siblings, Herman Bradford, Joe Bradford, Isaac Bradford, Buford Bradford, Dorothy Marie Sharp, Mildred Parks and Hattie Jane.
She is survived by: her grandson Tony Lee Miller (Sue) of Crofton; her sister Addis Francis Freeman of South Caroline; her great grandchildren, Brittany Hale of Crofton and Eric Miller (Chelsey) of Crofton; and her great great grandchildren, Dallas Miller, Amelia Hale, Carter Hale and Marley Miller.
