She is survived by : her children, Marty Blacklock (Donna) of Cromwell, Alva Blacklock III of Hopkinsville and Teresa Ferrell (Leo) of Radcliff; her grandchildren, Jonathon Blacklock, Deneda Smith, Christopher Ready and Bill Ready (Lucy); her great grandchildren, Bryce Smith, Waylon Rigsby, Cole Ready and Penelope Ready; and her sister Fanny Myers of Rehm.
