We bid farewell to Dorothy Gilliam in Cumberland, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 8, 2025 at the age of 98. Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bates and Olga Bates (Placke); her former husband Jack Lee; and her husband Grant Gilliam. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lee and Anita Lee Williams; her grandchildren, Rodney Vulgamore (Shellby), Heather Marie Williams (Matt Jones) and Micah Williams; her great grandchild Brylynn Jones; and her sister Edna Mae Compton.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
