He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Allen and Betty Jean Clemmons Allen. He is survived by: his wife Gisela Wachter Allen; his children, Lee, Stefan Allen, Kristen and Ericka Loar; and his siblings, Shirley Anderson, Patty Havlat, Carolyn Hicks, Barbara Jfeldstad and Thomas Conner.
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home (112 N Walnut St, Cynthiana, KY 41031).
