He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy David and Margie Jean Morris Livengood. He is survived by: his sister Debbie Muir; his sibling's children, Sarah A. Muir, Emily Southworth and David Muir; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie Rodgers, Emmalee Wagoner, Joy Howard, Ralph Livengood and Clay Livengood; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, McKenzie Pike, Christopher Forker, Haylie Southworth, Austin Southworth, Eli Muir and Archie Muir.
