He is survived by: his wife Susan Prater Reffett; his children, Oakie Dwayne Reffett of David, KY and Tammy Eugenia Reffett (Danny Shepherd) of David, KY; his siblings, Dexter Dale Reffett of David, KY and Brenda Kay Watson; his grandchildren, Hilary Leeanne Slone, Haily Alexandra Slone, Shelby Elaine Howard (Tim), Hannah Renee Reffett and Tucker Dwayne Reffett; and his great grandchild Chandler Dean Reffett.
