He is survived by : his close friend Janice Sherman of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Macy Wren (Austin) of Leoma, TN, Jason Hilt of Dawson Springs, KY, Luther Clayton Adams of Leoma, TN and Tristan Adams (Kala) of Leoma, TN; his stepchildren, Allison Bissell (Chris) of Dawson Springs, KY, Jennifer Neice (Josh) of Owensboro, KY, Phyllis Adams of Madisonville, KY and Justin Hilt (Cynthia) of Dawson Springs, KY; and his brother Brad Adams (Bonnie) of Princeton, KY. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
