He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh David Swatzell, Sr. and Gerdie Mae Huggleston Swatzell; and his grandson Cannon Drake Swatzell. He is survived by: his children, Melody Carrol Swatzell of Dawson Springs, KY and Jamie David Swatzell (Krista) of Dawson Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Timothy Lucas Ellis, Ashtyn Jade Swatzell, Baylee Paige Swatzell and Kye David Swatzell.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rosedale Cemetery Industrial Park.
