She is survived by: her mother Thella Mae Church Allen of Denton; her children, Ashly Vanhorn, Tammie Griggs of Louisa, KY, Carressa Wright of West Liberty, KY, Peyton Vanhorn of Denton, Nikki Vanhorn of Denton and Billy Vanhorn of Carter County, KY; her siblings, Kelly Berry (Tonia) of Denton, Johnny Allen (Carol) of Denton and James Allen (Stephanie Cook) of Hitchins; and her close friends, William Scott Huling and Mike Cassidy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
