He is survived by: his wife Tina Tolliver; his children, Johnny Tolliver Jr. (Susan) of Grayson, Rusty Tolliver (Taylor) of Morehead, Dusty Tolliver of Denton, Stacy Trimble (Michael) of Sandy Hook and Joanie Borders (Dean) of Grayson; and his brothers, Gene Tolliver (Vivian Kay) of Isonville and Roy Tolliver (Vickie) of Grayson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
