He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Collett and Gladys Collett. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sue Blair Collett; his children, David Collett of Denver, Brian Michael Collett (Vickie) of Minford, Ohio and Andrea Bennett (Donnie) of Denver, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Devaney Collett, Ty Collett, Brooke Collett, Ashley Collett, Skyler Bennett, Logan Bennett, Audrey Bennett, Ashley Allard, Heather Jenkins and Danielle Blackburn; his siblings, George Collett (Dana) of Paintsville, Kentucky and Elizabeth Sue Blair of Pataskala, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Cochran, Velma May, Dana Collett, Lori Blair and James H. Blair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
