He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Blair and Dixie Ray Ratliff Blair; his brother Danny Ray Blair; and his great-nephew Kenton Randall Gage LeMaster. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Angela Hicks Blair; his niece Jessica Hope Blair; his caregiver Brittany Shandell Hicks Lowe (Richard Lowe) of Hager Hill, Kentucky; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison Rena Lowe, Anisa Kaylie Jade Hurt, Kimberly "Kay" Lowe, Callen Birchel Isaac Hurt and Richard Allen "Gordy" Lowe Jr..

The family respectfully ask donations be made to Jones-Preston Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
