He is survived by: his wife Violet Addington; his son Carlos Dewayne Addington (Christina) of Knoxville, TN; his stepchildren, James Rowe of Elkhorn City, Lee Rowe of Pikeville, Terry Rowe of Rogersville, TN, David Rowe of Pikeville and Kathy Cantrell of Elkhorn City; and his siblings, Elmo Addington of Beefhide, Dale Addington (Vickie) of Flemingsburg, Narvil Addington (Carol) of Beefhide, Carvil Addington (Joann) of Michigan, Lavon Osborne of Dorton, Marie Stewart (Audy) of Beefhide and Anita Eddington of Beefhide.
